Everyday Humans is looking for a passionate and driven Brand Marketing Associate to help build strategy, lead development and execute EH's marketing campaigns. You will be a critical thought partner with our CEO and Marketing and Growth Lead to take Everyday Humans to the next level. You will work cross-functionally with the creative and marketing team to bring all of our campaigns to life and have a meaningful impact. This ideal candidate can take an integrated approach to projects - spanning marketing, creative, product, and business operations. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Development of our 2021 Brand Marketing Calendar, putting forward innovative, thoughtful and first-to-market ideas that translates to our overall brand strategy and brand equity goals 
  • Drive all marketing projects to completion, identify obstacles early to ensure all initiatives and campaigns are completed on-time and on schedule
  • Own the go-to-market process for all brand marketing initiatives and projects, including day-to-day activities, campaign-specific initiatives and ad-hoc business needs that spans social media, email, website, creative assets, wholesale vendor requests and more
  • Responsible for internal communications and reporting, making sure that all projects and timelines are clearly defined with stakeholders in place
  • Create succinct briefs, track, and help drive various projects from start to finish. Quick decision making ability and able to pivot or change when necessary
  • Organise, prioritise and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action items are delivered in a timely manner
  • Establish a reliable network of creative and marketing partners, and help manage contracts and negotiations with freelancers and consultants. 
  • Take ownership of budget tracking and file expenses

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, in-house beauty / e-commerce experience preferred
  • Multidisciplinary marketing background preferred including PR, communications, partnerships, influencer marketing and campaign strategy and execution 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and accountability
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills (managing timelines, vendors, multiple stakeholders and internal teams)
  • Experience with budget management and vendor procurement ideal
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
