The Role:

Reporting to the Founder, this remote position supports the day-to-day operations of our paid channels and is responsible for optimizing the funnel experience and delivering quality user experiences across our e-commerce channels. You have a strong understanding of both the performance and brand sides of growth with knowledge and experience in paid media, content marketing, SEO and social media.

The ideal candidate is curious, a risk taker, takes ownership and pride of the work you produce. You have a scrappy mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and have a boundless curiosity to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategize, execute and monitor paid campaigns on Meta, Tiktok, Google and keywords for our DTC and Amazon FBA sites 
  • Data analysis and reporting of our lead generation performance and marketing KPIs for our paid channels
  • Implement SEO strategies by performing key word research, content recommendations and link building campaigns to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Manage and supervise the design and performance of our e-com websites ensuring optimal user experience and conversions
  • Perform in depth research and analysis of our potential customers, target market and competitor’s statistic and data
  • Maintain and evolve a testing framework to expand our traffic volume and pace of learning across the business
  • Conduct on-going A/B testing and optimization on paid channels to improve conversion and performance
  • Work closely with other team members to request and create advertising assets
  • Track all KPIs and provide weekly updates and monthly reporting, analysis, and optimization of media campaigns

The Qualities You Possess:

  • Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuinely enjoys learning new skills, experimenting on new theories, and iterating on existing ideas
  • Strong analytical approach to customer and revenue growth
  • Worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you can be reactive and organized at the same time
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, e-commerce KPIs, attribution modelling, incrementally testing, and analytics tools
  • You have a test-and-learn approach. You can think big picture but can also roll up your sleeves and execute any project at hand
  • You embody an “everything can be figured out” attitude; you’re more apt to say “yes” or “we’ll try.”

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing performance-focused digital marketing for an e-commerce brand preferred
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads a must
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics a must
  • Experience in TikTok Ad Manager, Amazon Seller Central and Klaviyo a plus
