Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, this full time role supports the day-to-day operations of our marketing channels, ensuring our brand is consistent across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, creative, self starter, detail oriented, results driven, and has a dedication to quality with a growth mentality. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Responsible for daily content management of Everyday Humans’ organic and paid digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok and Email
  • Proactively build and foster a community of Everyday Humans ambassadors, affiliates and loyal customers across various social media platforms (e.g. IG, TikTok, Email, SMS)
  • Take charge of monthly influencer partnerships - identify and broker relationships and manage campaigns from start to finish
  • Thorough understanding on how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through content, social channels and email
  • Help create succinct internal and external briefs for existing and new marketing projects
  • Support the project coordination and management of our Shopify and Amazon website builds
  • Responsible for monthly reporting duties to track performances of various channels
  • Track and help drive various projects from start to finish. Quick decision making ability and able to pivot or change when necessary
  • Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action items are delivered in a timely manner
  • Provide ad hoc customer support when necessary

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and project coordination for a consumer brand. In-house beauty / e-commerce / agency experience preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and accountability is a must
  • Experience in Shopify and Amazon e-commerce operations ideal
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
