Work in Progress Routine
Is being That Girl enticing? Yes.
Is it always realistic? We wish.
There can be a lot of pressure to have the perfect routine and have everything together. A more realistic approach is to have different routines for different energy levels.
As much as we all want to be That Girl, It's hard to have our $h**t together 24/7.
Sometimes even our routines need to be flexible, especially as the seasons change and our days change.
Low Energy Routine
For the days you feel like writing off, the days you feel like the bare minimum is a lot, give yourself the gift of accomplishing at least one thing:
Sunscreen is the most important part of your skincare, so if everything else feels like too much, at least you protected and moisturized your skin with a multi-tasking product.
Medium Energy Routine
This is for those days you have a little extra time in the morning, but maybe you've got a lot on your mind and skincare isn't your priority (but you don't want to skip it).
High Energy Routine
These are the days when you feeling your self (maybe you're even feeling like That Girl) and you have time to indulge.
Every day is different on the days where you don't feel like doing the most, you shouldn't just throw out every habit and routine.
Recognize what you need and what you feel capable of accomplishing. Adapt, go with the flow, and move forward with your day instead of letting it come to halt.
